Rules for Coupon Use

  1. First and foremost, all coupon usage is subject to the RV park in question. In other words, the park is the final arbitrator as far as usage of these coupons is concerned. Because of this, we fully recommend that if you intend to pull in and use a coupon, you first call the park and make sure it will be honored for the time you are planning to be there. Coupons will generally have specific times and dates they will be honored, and we like to hold that the park will honor the coupons during those times (provided what is being offered is available). However, on the same note, you should assume that if you want to use a coupon during those times when the coupon is not valid, that the park will NOT honor the coupon's offer. A quick call to the park, where you intend to use the coupon, can clear that up.

  2. Unless otherwise stated, all coupons are NOT combinable with other offers or discounts. This keeps the parks able to offer better deals for Camper Coupon users.

  3. All coupons are for a specific product, price or duration. Please do not assume any obligation or discount outside that usage period. If a coupon says 3 days or 7 days, that is all it is valid for.

  4. Unless otherwise stated, all coupons have no cash redeemable value.

For now, we'd like to keep rules to a minimum. But let us be candid in stating that we did quite a bit of research for this site with RV Park owners and managers, and the number one concern in offering discounts is the “hassle factor". Many parks have offered discounts in the past, and the RVers have expected to use the discount during specifically prohibited times, or demanded that they be allowed to combine a Sam's discount, a Passport discount, and the automatic 10% the park offers. I have heard stories of customers becoming irate because this wasn't allowed. This is why we must have the rules above. If the RV Park you want to stay at says that the coupon is NOT valid and it is specifically during the valid period, then you have a right to question why. Otherwise, if it is not specifically during the valid time of the coupon or the exact wording of the discount, you will be wrong to argue, and a quick call BEFORE driving to the coupon's destination could solve the problem. Some parks WILL honor a discount outside the parameters stated, but they are doing you a favor and giving you a gift. EXPECT nothing - Always ask first.
